He is survived by: his wife Peggy White Lewis; his daughters, Kim Vines (Doug), Joni Kaye Sams (Jonathan) and Juli Renee Lewis (Josh); his grandchildren, Brett Allen Cable, Alana Maye Range, Annie Pearl Lewis and Hunter Jayden Lee Sams; his stepgrandson Jaden Burem; and his siblings, Nadine Million, Rose Smith, Jim Lewis (Susan), Wayne Lewis and Pat Lewis (Linda).
