He is survived by: his children, Matthew Ward of Charlotte, NC, Mikaela Ladd of Jefferson, GA and Angela Sawyer of Oxford, GA; his grandchildren, Joshua Sawyer, Jacob Voigt, Jared Voigt, Jay Dailey and Jessica Voigt; and his great grandchildren, Bentley and Bailey Sawyer.
