He was predeceased by: his parents, B. S. Rhea and Elizabeth McAmis Rhea; his son Jason B. Rhea; and his sister Rada Dale Osborne. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Rhea; his grandson Brandon Rhea; and his daughter-in-law Melanie Rhea.
