He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Tolley and Lockie Hilmon Tolley; his wife Shonette Cutlip Tolley; and his granddaughter Amber Shaw Calhoun. He is survived by: his children, Keith (Wendy Hill), Patty (Garry Smith) and Leon (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Tracy Guy (Jeff), Mitchell (Maggie), R. J., Ezra Tolley and Sarah Hill; his great grandchildren, Lane, Timber Shaw, Jeffrey, River and Rudy Guy; and his sister Shirl Davis.
