He is survived by: his wife Janie Simerly Guinn; his children, Harlan "Toby" Guinn, Jr. (Amber), Randy Lee Guinn (Heidi) and Shannon Guinn; his grandchildren, Zack Guinn (Bethany) and Hannah Guinn; his brother Eddie Guinn (Sandy); and his pets, Chloe and Gritts.
