He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd "Zeke" Shingleton and Zelphia Hearn; his wife Daisy Trivett Shingleton; and his brothers, Russell and Jimmy Shingleton.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Harmon, Wayne (Angie) and Tommy (Jamelle Shingleton); his grandchildren, Chris Shingleton (Amanda), Holly Moore (Darin), Cole Harmon (Bri), Drew Shingleton (Morgan), Elijah Shingleton, Caley Harmon, Matthew Shingleton, Keaton Shingleton and Levi Shingleton; and his great grandchildren, Patton Lee Shingleton and Marceline Sage Shingleton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Union Baptist Church (1411 US-321, Hampton, TN 37658). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
