He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lewis and Ressie Hazelwood Lewis; and his siblings, Sandra Holtsclaw, Kay Pierce, Robert, Kyle Lewis and Pat Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Hill Lewis; his daughter Maci Andrews Kendra (Lucas); his sister Mary Ruth (Harold); his nieces and nephews, Malone and Kinzey Hill; and his sister-in-law Vivian Lewis.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
