He is survived by: his wife Leslie Holden Caldwell; his children, Joy Caldwell Hall (Ronnie) of Elizabethton and David Bruce Caldwell (Heather Gwinn); his grandchildren, Abby Gwinn of Johnson City, TN and Forrest Lee Hall of Elizabethton; his brother William Roger Caldwell of Mountain City, TN; and his brother-in-law Danny Holden (Kim).
