He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Holtsclaw and Patsy Hyder Holtsclaw. He is survived by: his children, Julie Holtsclaw and Steven Holtsclaw (Mikayla); and his sisters, Rachel Wise (Brady), Charlene Hartley (Charlie) and Debbie Benfield (Scott). He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles.
