She was predeceased by: her father Tommy Joe Tolley; her aunt Stacey Yarber; her great-grandparents, Blake and Elsie Tolley; and her grandfathers, Howard and Crate Shelton.
She is survived by: her husband Dakota Waters; her children, Coraline of Erwin, TN and Corben Waters of Erwin, TN; her stepfather Csaba Szucs of Erwin, TN; her aunt Debbie; her uncle Glenn Nielsen of Erwin, TN; her siblings, Chandera "Toody" Tolley (Alex Bailey) of Eagle River, AK, Chelsea Lenea Adkins of Bluffton, SC, Jessica Szucs Grindstaff (Jason) of Johnson City, TN, Tina Cantrell of Charlotte, NC, Holden Blake Tolley of Johnson City, TN, Matthew Szucs of Brooklyn and Steven Szucs of New Haven, CT; her grandmothers, Phyllis Tolley of Unicoi, TN, Aurelia Szucs of Marshall, NC and Rosella Cantrell Shelton of Marshall, NC; her parents-in-law, Dean and Jana Nelson of Erwin, TN; her aunts, Emily and Tiffany Nelson of Erwin, TN; and her cousin Brazahn Austin of Johnson City, TN. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
