He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Ray and Nellie Taylor Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Kathy E. Arrowood Harrell; his son Keith R. Harrell of Arkansas; and his grandsons, Connor, Evan, Matthew and Wyatt.
