He is survived by: his children, Andrea LeeAnn Himes of Hampshire, TN, Robert Andrew Himes Jr. of Texas and Jason Kelley of California; the mother of his children Shelia Tidwell; his sister Bessie Scott of Hampshire, TN; and his grandchildren, Trent, Datin Claypool, Ciara Ragsdale, Austin, Kaitlyn, Landyn Tullock, Emily and Christopher Kelley.
