With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Johnson Akin of Hampshire, Tennessee, who passed away on October 11, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Jones "Doc" Johnson and Margaret Rachael Davis Johnson; her daughter Carole Akin; her grandson Cody Baxter; and her brothers, Robert David "Doc" Johnson and Joe Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Akin Baxter (Todd) of Santa Fe; her grandchildren, Tanner Baxter of Chattanooga and Rachael Baxter of Columbia; and her nieces and nephews, Megan Baker, Brandon Johnson, Tucker Davis, Hunter Baker, Lexi Johnson and Peyton Johnson.
