She was predeceased by: her father Lyle "Mac" McCulley (Della Disimone); and her brother Michael D. McCulley. She is survived by: her spouse Dale Greene; her sons, James Janusek, Michael J. Janusek (Katie) and Timothy Janusek (Carly); her stepchildren, Brian Greene (Kim), Jason Greene (Sharon), Adam Greene (Tiffany), Laura Helton (Chad), Connie Goodman, Kristy Hurst (Travis) and Julie Phillips; and her siblings, Patrick McCulley (Carol) and Carol Buskirk (William).
