It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Sue Allen in Hampshire, Tennessee, born in Hickman, Tennessee, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvill Dorton and Anna Clark Dorton; her husband William "Bill" Allen; her son Al Allen; and her siblings, Robert Dorton, Peck Dorton, Joe Dorton, Lorraine Collins and Margie Underhill.

She is survived by: her daughter Ann Hooten; her daughter-in-law Janie Allen; and her grandchildren, Cori Parks, Stacey Seeback and Willie Allen. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren along with a host of other family members and friends.
