He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Stinnett and Susan Treanor Stinnett. He is survived by: his spouse Kelly Morton Stinnett; his children, Samantha Stinnett Bays (Kyle) of Hampshire and Tristan Cole of Spring Hill; his grandsons, Nolan Bays and Logan Bays; his sister Elizabeth Ellen Keiner (Henry) of Wolf, OK; his nieces and nephews, David Herriman, Thomas Lewis, Lindsey Lewis and Vivi Morton; his mother-in-law Linda Morton; his siblings-in-law, Julie Morton and Ronald Morton; his uncles, Darrell Stinnett and Keith Stinnett; and his aunt Helen Smith.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Oakes and Nichols Funeral Home (320 W 7th St, Columbia, TN 38401).
