He was predeceased by: his father O'Lynn Kenneth Burnette; and his brother Sammy Burnette. He is survived by: his sons, Dustin Burnette of Newbern, TN, Colton Burnette of Newbern, TN and Jordan Burnette of Newbern, TN; his stepfather Jaunita Marie Elmore (Doug); his brother Ashley Burnette of Knoxville, TN; and his grandson Landon Burnette of Knoxville, TN..
