He is survived by: his wife Janice Cook (Stephens); his children, Betsy Hoff Jordan (Joel), Roy Cook, III and Thomas Morgan Cook; his granddaughter Lauren Vandermolen Jones (Bobby); and his great grandchild Elizabeth Jones.
