Ray Starnes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Starnes of Halls, Tennessee, who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Rachel; and his siblings, Johnny, Joe and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Sue Starnes; his sons, Don Starnes (Jessica) and Mike Starnes (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Austin (Kelsey), Jake, Emery, Easton and Neyland; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Isaac and Emmitt; his siblings, Tim and Ruth; and his sisters-in-law, Margie and Barbara.
