She is survived by: her husband Charles Haase; her daughters, Shana Smith (Chris) and Ariana Hickman (Brady); her siblings, Donna Mynatt (Steve), Ronald Hale (Lisa), Johnny Hale (Juanita) and Jimmy Hale (Sherry); her stepbrother John Williams; her father Donald (DC); and her stepmother Helen Hale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
