He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Cavness Hilliard; and his parents, Paul Hilliard and Mazie Hilliard. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Hilliard (Jane) and Bruce Hilliard (Lori); and his grandchildren, Rebecca Kidwell (Joe), Jonathan Vickers (Anne Brings), Alycia Bennett (Anthony), Jacob Hilliard (Melanie) and Lindsey Kemper (Kris). He is also survived by 11 great-grand children.
