He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert "Bob" and Melissa "Shorty" Lewis (Thurmond). He is survived by: his wife Tammy Ward Lewis; his children, Jennifer Hinton of Chicago, IL and Bubba Lewis (Britney) of Halls, TN; his brothers, Jerry Lewis of Halls, TN and Danny Lewis (Pam) of Frog Jump, TN; his grandchildren, Kristin Anochili (Val), Talan Lewis and Maddox Lewis; and his great grandchild Fabian Anochili.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Halls Funeral Home (109 N Church St, Halls, TN 38040).
