She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Everett and Mary Lou Crihfield Jr. (Meeks); her husband Darrell Crook; and her sister Beverly Holmes. She is survived by: her son Leslie Crook (Fayne) of Halls, TN; her grandchildren, Cleve Crook (Holly R.) of Friendship, TN, Kelley Todd (Clint) of Star City, AR and Holly E. Crook of Nashville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Katie Crook, Kaycee Crook, Kennedy Todd and Colt Todd.
