It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lowell Kenneth Raley of Halls, Tennessee, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Raley and Viola Hankins Raley; and his nephew Randy Booker. He is survived by: his siblings, Delena Booker (Spencer) and David Raley (Judy); his nieces, Christie Williams (David) and Lisa Pratt (Eric); and his nephew Rodney Raley (Kristi). He is also survived by five great nephews and one great niece.
