He was predeceased by: his wife Ramona Loraine Rutherford; his parents, John Rutherford and Cora Rutherford of Andersonville; his brother Ray Rutherford of Knoxville; and his sons-in-law, Gary Seeber of Heiskell, Richard Whitaker of Heiskell and John Crawhorn of Heiskell.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Crawhorn of Heiskell, Sherry Whitaker of Halls, Tammey Seeber of Heiskell and Kyle Otis Rutherford Jr.; his grandchildren, Greg Seeber (Shae) of Knoxville, Lisa Williford (Mark) of Sevierville, Jelena Williford (Michael) of Seymour, Jessica Jackson (Nathan) of Heiskell, Christina Crawhorn of Heiskell and Catherine Jones (Parker) of Andersonville; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Emily, Ashlyn, Kobe, Alyssa, Brennan and Brylee Williford; his grandchildren, Colson, Chloe, Colin Seeber, Molly Jackson and Harper Jean Jones; his great great grandchild Olivia Williford; and his siblings, Christine Wallace of Clinton and Ben Rutherford of Clinton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Holley Gamble Funeral Home (621 S Charles G Seivers Blvd, Clinton, TN 37716). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Norris Memorial Garden.
