She is survived by: her mother Joyce Hurst; her daughter Diana Rivers (James O'Laughlin); her granddaughter Layton O'Laughlin; her sister Jami Cox (Phillip); her niece Christina Mebust (Patrick); her nephew Eric Stout; and her great-nephew Tobias Stout.

In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or charity of their choice.
