She was predeceased by: her parents, John Turner and Quinnie Turner of Chattanooga; her husband Cellis "Buster" Mills of Halls; and her siblings, Franklin, Ray, Johnny, Fay and Joan.
She is survived by: her children, Tenna Brantley of Powell, TN and Spencer Woody; her grandchildren, Cameron Brantley, Pierce Brantley (Lexie Skyrme) and McKenna Woody; and her close friends, Brenda Price, Doyle Brantley and Tim Hodge.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jean's name to Challenged Athletes of West Virginia where Daughter in Law, Carol Woody works and Granddaughter, McKenna volunteers.
