With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Ross of Halls, Tennessee, born in Trimble, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 12, 2024 at the age of 74. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Murphy Ross and Elizabeth Estelle Shelley. He is survived by: his wife Sheron Ross (Reynolds); his children, Julie Smith (Tom) of Anamosa, IA, Jessica Tucker (Russ) of Knoxville, TN and Scott Wyatt (Josalyn) of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Hazel Alford, Sandra Poole (Max) of Newbern, TN, Brenda Wilkerson (Tom) of Trimble, TN and John Ross of Memphis, TN.; and his grandchildren, Chandler, Maddux, Nicole, Becca, Leah and Truman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Halls Funeral Home (109 N Church St, Halls, TN 38040). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
