He is survived by: his wife Robin Mathis (Spoon); his children, Christie Hammock (Jamie) of Ripley, TN, Ashley Adams of Halls, TN and Bradley Adams (Krystal) of Halls, TN; his sister Judy George (Danny) of Friendship, TN; and his sister-in-law Liz Mathis of Halls, TN.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
