She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Webb and Lorinda Webb; her husband Robert Cagley; and her grandson Marty Jones. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Fortner, Mary Cagley, Janice Diane Seaton (Darrell) and Doug Cagley (Carole); and her grandchildren, Bobby Anderson, Jason Jones (Susanne), Jacob Seaton (Brittany), Rebecca Seaton Beers (Peter), Sarah Seaton Williams (Paul) and Rachel Smith (Tyler). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and loving nieces and nephews.
