She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Maddox; and her siblings, Florence E. Pressley, L. Hurst and John W. Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Robert of Halls Crossroads, Michael Wayne (Jayne) of Franklin and Tony Lynn of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Brian Curtis (Casey) of Hampton Bays, NY and Melissa Ann of Franklin; her great grandchildren, Rowan Alexander and Lucy Jane of Hampton Bays, NY; and her siblings, Bobbie Cole and Carl R. Smith.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to East Tennessee Children's home.
