He is survived by: his wife Vanda Davis Shelton; his daughter Lori Shelton Longest (Bruce Longest) of Bruce, Mississippi.; and his sisters, Lucy Chamberlian (Tom Chamberlian) of Rockford and Hazel Adams (Pat Adams) of Oneonta, Alabama..
