He is survived by: his wife Pam Nicely; his children, Olivia Butcher, Hannah Butcher, Brayden Nicely and Bryson Davis; his sister Savanna Smith (Ronnie); his parents, Paula Fullerton (Chris) and Jimmy Nicely; his grandparents, Donna, Charlie Truan and Ernie Nicely; and his nephew Jace Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
