He is survived by: his wife Loretta Lynn Thomas (Pool); his daughter Felicia Warren (Clayton) of Gates, TN.; his sisters, Shirley Freeman of Halls, TN and Sandra Lambert of Rankin, IL.; and his grandchildren, Rileigh Kate Warren and Mason Ray Warren.

Family has asked donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
