He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Farley and Bertha Farley; and his siblings, Judy Farley, Roy Farley, Lee Farley and Homer Farley.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Farley of Dyersburg, TN, Tim Farley of Dyersburg, TN and Maretha Isbell of Humboldt, TN; his brother Claude Farley of Gary, IN; his grandchildren, Bobbie Jo Farley, Christopher Farley, Brittany Farley, Kristen Farley, Lillian Quello, Catarina Quello and Nico Quello; and his great grandchildren, Rylee Dunaway, Maggie Jo Kirk, Nevaeh Farley and Colter Farley.
