She is survived by: her husband William "Willie" Douglas Permenter; her children, Carolyn Permenter Freeman (Jerry), Summer Scotkovsky (Daniel), Randell Permenter (Brittany) of Dyersburg, TN, Darren Kizziah (Christina) of Topeka, KS and Dalton Kizziah of Jackson, TN; her mother Vickie White (Enochs); her stepsiblings, Alea White of Dyersburg, TN and Tony White of Dyersburg, TN; and her brothers, James Winters of Dyersburg, TN and Donnie Lee of Halls, TN. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
