He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Vanhaitsma (Stan) and Janet Holley (A. J. Tigrett); his sister Joann McDonald; his granddaughters, Jessica Davis (Grant), Laura Thornton (Adam) and Desiree Gentry (Bruce); and his great grandchildren, Slayte Davis and Kendra Crum. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
