He is survived by: his wife Louella "Lou" Markley McDonald of Guys, TN.; his daughter Samantha Puckett (Brian) of Schererville, IN.; his stepdaughters, Wendy Banks of Tacoma, WA. and Kristol Lewis (Mike) of Portage, IL; and his brother William Clayton McDonald, Jr of Michie, TN.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
