She is survived by: her children, Kevin Phillips (Tracey) of Clarksville, TN and Larissa Burdette (Robert) of Goodlettsville, TN; her grandchildren, Olivia Burdette, Lauren Phillips Richmond (David), Bradley Phillips (Lauren) and Jeannie Phillips Warmath (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Dawson, Sutton Richmond and Kennedy Kate Phillips.
