She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Lee and Myrtle Dellie Pate Adair; and her siblings, Lee Edward Adair, Myrtle Irene Adair White, Lelia Maxine Adair Jones, Bobby Wayne Adair, Joyce Vernell Adair Earnest, Brenda Sue Adair Jones, Tommy Daniel Adair, Douglas Lee Adair, Jr. and Freda Jean Adair Renshaw.
She is survived by: her children, John Douglas Adair, Billy Doyle Swader (Amy), Savannah Alice Spencer and Dennis Dewayne Spencer, Jr.; her sister Betty Alice Adair Davis; her grandchildren, Justin Blaylock and Nikki Parrott (Joey); and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Kiyrie, Ainsley and Lynnox. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
