She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Docs, Diane Yenchick (Frank) and Gregory Teslovich (Velvet); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Isabella, Frank Jr. Yenchick, Taylor Phillips (Eric) and Zachary Teslovich (Morgan); her great grandchildren, Layla, Theo and Tucker Teslovich; and her brother Andrew Fordanish Jr. Alice.
