He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Crawford and Cornelia Bouldin of Gruetli-Laager, TN; and his brother Gary Lee Bouldin. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy (Amanda) and Nathan Bouldin (Morgan) of McMinnville, TN; his brother Michael Bouldin (Laura) of Brentwood, TN; his niece Amy Bouldin of Columbia, TN; his nephew Kevin Bouldin (Banning) of Nashville, TN; his granddaughters, Allison, Alice and Nora Bouldin; and his great-nephew Oka Bouldin.
