He is survived by: his father Buddy Payne; his brothers, Herschel and Carl Bailey Payne; his sons, Barry Payne (Greta) and Rusty Payne; the mother of his children Peggy Payne; his siblings, Charles Payne, Jewell Wells and Rachel Burnett; his grandchildren, Drake Payne (Cilla) and Breigh Rymer (Colby); and his great grandchildren, Rowan, Cree, Prue and Bash. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
