Worley; her sons, Rocky Sloan (Heather) and Jeff Worley (Lori); her siblings, Lucille Roberts, Joan Lamz (Larry), Minnie Mitchell (Arlie), Kay Green, Martin (Joan), Jim (Shirley), Larry (Gayle), David (Darlene) and Danny Crabtree; her grandchildren, Jordan, Shasta, Morgan, Sara, Lacey, Mariah, Michael and Shawna; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Greyson, Sloan, Piper and Ariah; and her caregiver Connie Worley Ketchersid. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
