She is survived by: her father Floyd Henry Tate; her husband Robert Levan; her daughter Tammy Lou Campbell Rhea; her sister Ann McDaniel; her grandson Michael Miller; her nephew Jeff Tate; her great-nephew Corey Henry; her brother Leon Tate; her grandchildren, Mary Beth White (Raymond), Lindsey Rhea and Josh Rhea; her great grandchildren, Kole, Kase King, Tameron, Conner, Gunnar Meeks, Andy Joe Rhea, Slade Ellison, Baby Braylen and Avery Mae King; and her nieces, Susan Scissom, Debbie Henry (Larry), Jackie Sweeton (Buddy), Janice Duke and Ginger Wideman (Kirby).
