He is survived by: his father Clayton Worley; his brothers, Jack, Tom and Russell Worley; his wife Dorothy Mae Layne Worley; his sons, Michael David, Timmy Dewaine Worley, Jimmy Derriel Worley (Janice) and Tony Dale Worley; his sisters, Emma Jean Fults and Sherry King; his grandchildren, Latosha, Christin, Jimmy Derriel II, Micah and Reagan; and his great grandchildren, Kynslee and Kaylee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
