He is survived by: his parents, Danny Tate of Gruetli-Laager and Julie Tate of Pikeville; his wife Amanda Kaize-Tate of Watertown, NY; his sons, Alex Tate of Watertown, NY and Eli Caldwell of Gruetli-Laager; and his siblings, Shasta Smith of Jasper, Jason, Christopher and Tony Baker of Gruetli-Laager. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
