He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Jamie Smartt), Michael and Nicolas Allan Smartt; and his siblings, Judy Piley (Bob), Marhsa Conte, Nadine Lock (George), Jeff (Wanda), Tommy (Chris) and Johnny Smartt (Debbie). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
