Floyd and Tommy Floyd (Kathleen); his stepdaughter Patricia Coppinger; and his grandchildren, Jason Slatton, Jeffery Slatton (Becky), Douglas Floyd Jr. (Naudia), Conner Floyd, Jesse Floyd, Andrew Floyd, Cierra Trussell (Tyler) and Alex Floyd. He was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
