It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Sue Parson (Gruetli Laager, Tennessee), who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Grace Dishroon Shrum. She is survived by: her father Joe B. Shrum; her husband Rodger Keith Parson; her siblings, Thelma Geary, Ruby Nell James, Carl Bailey and Joe Brannon Shrum; her stepdaughters, Cynthia Ann James (Anthony) and Krystal Hope Schleicher (Richard); her siblings, Clara Humphreys and Marshall Shrum; her stepgrandchildren, Logan and Kiefer; and her caregivers, Rose Stevens, Michelle Childs and Susie Howell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; special friends.
